Application Homepage Overview

Navigational Tabs:

  • Home: Access all your translation apps and more.

  • Support: Request technical support. Access application user guide.

  • Language: Set the language preference for your applications.

  • My Project: Monitor and manage your project and related tasks.

  • Account: Review your account details.

How to Utilize the App

Step 1. Choose the app relevant to your needs.

Step 2. Create a Project.

  • If without an existing project, select ‘Create a new project’.

  • If one exists, choose your project.

  • When creating a new project, name it and then click ‘CREATE’.

Step 3. Start the work:

  • Add your original file, select the target language, and specify the paper/article's subject and related discipline.

  • Opt for ‘Improve my writing’ for enhanced results. This option is enabled by default but can be deselected.

  • Confirm choices using ‘TRANSLATE’. Edit if needed or proceed with ‘Confirm’.

  • Purchase required credits for the job.

Step 4. Complete your payment to acquire credits and return to the app.

Step 5. Start Translating. Hit the ‘Translate’ button and affirm with ‘Yes’.

Step 6. Retrieve your work. Upon job completion, you will receive an email notification. To access your translated document, click on the link provided. Or go to ‘My Project’ in the app, click on the project name, and then click on the download button.

Step 7. Provide feedback & get technical support:

  • Provide feedback through the ‘Feedback’ button or email support@culture-links.com.

  • For technical supports, utilize the ‘Support’ button on the top menu.
